All I wanted

But for a brief moment I knew.

I knew exactly what I wanted.

For I knew the magnitude of what needed to be done.

For whichever path I took I knew that's where my future would be.

Only if they knew.

What my heart really needed.

For out of love is born art.

And man can only be unique to his own course.

For the journey's about death ends.

And thorns that rips your soul apart.

For every step you take.

Takes you two steps behind.

For only passion and endurance suffice the race.

Had I known.

That the tunnels are due many.

And for every path I take,

Takes me further from my inner self.

For man only lives once.

And for the course of his life.

He must master his heart ❤️.
